ZHONGYE FOODS (DALIAN) CO., LTD. is a comprehensive seasoning manufacturer specializing in Japanese seasonings, Chinese seasonings, sake, and umeshu. Under our own brand "YINGHOK," we deliver authentic Asian flavors to more than 50 countries worldwide.

As a group, we operate three manufacturing bases — ZHONGYE FOODS (DALIAN) CO., LTD., Foshan Zhongye Food Co., Ltd., and Dalian Kuoshen Biological Fermentation Products Co., Ltd. — providing integrated R&D, manufacturing, OEM/ODM, and sales.

Our core products include a wide variety of fermented and seasoning products such as Asian sauces, sake, umeshu, fruit liqueurs, cooking sake, hon mirin, and mirin-style seasonings.

We serve a broad range of formats and menus including Chinese cuisine, Japanese cuisine, and Korean cuisine, expanding our supply track record in overseas markets centered on Japan, Korea, Europe, and North America.

We have built an integrated production system covering ingredient selection, fermentation, aging, manufacturing, and quality control — combining traditional brewing techniques with advanced smart factory capabilities. We pursue stable quality and rich flavor value, providing reliable seasoning solutions to foodservice companies, food manufacturers, and retailers around the world.

2009
Founding
Launched in Foshan. Rooted in the Greater Bay Area (Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau), established our first production base.
2015
Northern Strategy
Started operations at the Dalian Phase 1 plant (20,000 m²), expanding into the Bohai Bay economic region.
2023
Smart Manufacturing Upgrade
Brought the Dalian Phase 2 smart factory (30,000 m²) online, expanding annual production capacity by 150%.
2026
Capacity Expansion
Added two new plants for rice vinegar and liquid seasonings, totaling 20,000 m² in additional capacity.
Oct. 2026
Japan Office Opens
Established a dedicated window for the Japanese market, strengthening support for wholesalers, trading companies, and food manufacturers.
